Both Saturday and Sunday:

9am-12pm Morning Session,
12pm-1.30pm Lunch,
1.30pm-5pm Afternoon Session.

Saturday is Black Belts only.

Sunday Black Belts and Gups. 

(Sunday 9am Master promotion.)
