Heatley SC Riverway Day 2015
On Friday the 9th of October, Sun Soo ITF Taekwon-Do instructors conducted a training session with Heatley Secondary College Year 8 Students who were at Riverway for a Team Building Day.
A big thankyou to Miss Davey, the Year 8 Coordinator for allowing us to show the students some Taekwon-Do and self-defence techniques.

What an AMAZING weekend!!! Sparring training under the awesome coaching and knowledge of Mr Carl van Roon was the most incredible experience. We explored sparring tactics at a whole new level. It's not hard to see why he is as successful as he is, and his method of delivery is superb. From the smallest of our members to the seasoned professionals, all have enjoyed the information and the training
