Taekwon.

What a fantastic effort by everyone at gradings last night, all your hard work paid off. That was the biggest Gup grading we have conducted, the hall was full. Great effort in breaking your boards, and the pattern technique was of a high standard. Thanks to our wonderful Blackbelts for another quality job assisting, and a strong effort from our branch Instructors to get the students to such a good standard.

Sabum Nigel

Sabum Nigel and Sabum Andy attended the Grand Master Park Jong Soo (9^th Degree) on the 11-12^th September, at the Sunshine coast.

GM Park is a pioneer in Taekwon-Do and an expert in his field. He conducted Tul training from 9^th Gup to 2^nd Dan on day one, explaining in great detail the application of technique and the correct execution of movements of the patterns. On Day 2 GM Park taught his trademark sparring technique and displayed his amazing flexibility.

Sun Soo ITF Taekwon-Do was ecstatic to have its most senior members awarded the General Choi 9 Star Legacy award, for service and dedication to Taekwon-Do. The prestigious award was presented to Sabum Nigel 6^th Dan and Sabum Andy 5^th Dan for 29 and 27 years respectively of continuous service to Taekwon-Do by Grand Master Park. Sabum Nigel was promoted by GM Park in 2002 to 4^th Degree.
